RFI: AIDS Strategy Frameworks

Can anyone help me? I am looking for information on current HIV/AIDS 
strategy frameworks - preferably national frameworks or other compre-
hensive approaches encompassing different levels and spheres of ac-
tion. However, I would also be interested in more specific strategies 
such as preventive education, advocacy, health systems etc.
