RFI: Health Systems Research Training Series, new?

In our teaching we have used with great enthusiasm the: "Designing 
and Conducting Health Systems Research" series by Varkevisser, Path-
manathan and Brownlee, IDRC. I heard that it was to come in a new 
edition, and we need it for our M.Phil Program in International 
Health (see link below), but I cannot find out when/where and how to 
get hold of it. Anybody knows?
