Malaria - a global challenge: update
------------------------------------

Dear Sirs and Madams,

as a result of the illegal bad-will campaign orchestrated and initi-
ated by a few individuals in the malaria research, with a clear and
stated aim to stop the conference "Malaria - a Global Challenge",
scheduled in Uppsala, Sweden 28-30 January 2003, we are forced to de-
clare that the event will be rescheduled and relocated.

New dates:
11 - 14 August, 2003
New location
Top Hotel Praha, Czech Republic

The conference will be held 4 consecutive days, and international
delegates are offered an all inclusive package with single room ac-
commodation. If you wish to share double room, please indicate this.
New registration forms are available for distribution and will be
sent out this week. E-mail your interest in the conference to
<jeanette.e.douhan@amphia.org> for registration. Fee for all incl.
packages for 4 days will be USD 975.00/EUR 995.00. The delegates that
have been awarded grants for USD 1,000.00 and more will be contacted
separately for distribution of the remaining funds.

We can still accept registration of papers, but we only have a lim-
ited numbers of time blocks left.

Exhibition: The conference exhibition area will cover about 800 sqm,
and all communication on the expo is handed by Ms Annette Gharib

the conference is forcing us to these measures.
