Dear Claudio and all,

I agree totally. Civil society organizations working with the issue 
of nutrition and food and nutritional security feel the same way. It 
is about time that the UN system and, in this special case, WHO 
strengthen their mandate on the basis of increased legitimacy re-
ceived directly form the Peoples of the world and their organiza-
tions.

As a member of the UN's Sub-Committee on Nutrition steering committee 
I place myself at your disposal to do whatever it is within my capac-
ity to help in the process.
