RFI: Classification of poverty

Dear All,

Best wishes from Bangladesh. I shall be happy if anybody informs me 
about the components of "transparency" for any NGO / health-NGO work-
ing at the ground among its beneficiaries. I shall also be grateful 
if anyone mentions to me the latest classification of poverty (i.e. 
poor/poorest of the poor etc.) by world leaders like ADB, World Bank 
etc. active in the field. Please mention the source of the informa-
tion.
