Major Africa-Regional Healthcare Portal Launches (2)

In Africa the major communication problem is access to the internet - 
and my suggestion is members should consider making internet access 
available to rural hospitals and clinics/health centres / schools / 
growth centres etc.; then they can have access to the many health por-
tals or a cheaper route is via e-mail.
