Job ad - HIV/AIDS M&E Specialist

RTI's Global Health Department is seeking to fill the position of
HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to provide health pro-
gram analysis and planning in support of the Global AIDS Program
(GAP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in At-
lanta, Georgia.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Plan, assist and assess monitoring and evaluation activities of GAP
in selected countries.
* Facilitate senior management planning activities.
* Assist in developing program priorities, analyzing data, writing
and presenting reports on results.

Required Qualifications include:

* Masters or Ph. D in Public Health or related discipline.
* 10 + years experience - International public health program plan-
ning, monitoring and evaluation-especially in the developing world.
* Public health experience in HIV/AIDS.
* Experience in leading public organizations through strategic and
operational planning.
* Experience in training and skills development.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Good writing and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in results analysis and documentation.
