RFI: Sample Selection of Street Children

Hi, 

I have to do a survey among street children linked to institutions. 
Many of these institutions do not have a roster. So, I was wondering 
what it would be better, to randomly choose 2 days to survey the 
children OR to go to the institutions the days where there are most 
children and choose them systematically, for example every 5th one to 
the right?
