Dear Colleagues,

I am contacting you with a request for information related to a study 
(literature review) on "Workload Measurement in Determining Staffing 
Levels" for nursing staff, which I am currently carrying out for the 
International Council of Nurses.

My question is if you kindly could provide information on this issue 
regarding your country or the country you are currently working re-
spectively? 

I am interested in information on:
(1) description of tools/ instruments or systems currently used to
    measure nursing workload and how they are used / implemented in
    determining staffing levels.
