AIDSjourney.org: An online HIV support resource
-----------------------------------------------

Dear Friends,

Hello and am posting this to various listservs for general info pur-
poses and also because Rev. Weite has specifically mentioned wanting
African materials! Reverend Weite, thanks so much for this, and I be-
lieve you may have many folks who will want to post such materials,
including ourselves, though we are a more secular organization (at
least in organizational orientation, since a number of our members
have religious/spiritual affiliations). We thank you immensely for
this opportunity and know many others do as well. I will take the
liberty of asking if you know of any organisations or individuals who
might donate reading materials (with an AIDS and/or religious orien-
tation) to orgs. in Africa, as many people have been posting about
this recently, and some have asked me as well? Any info will be
greatly appreciated!

With many thanks and blessings,

Janet Feldman,
Director, KAIPPG/International

Dear friends:

We'd like to let you know about a new online HIV/AIDS support re-
source. AidsJourneys.Org - http://www.aidsjourneys.org - offers con-
fidential e-mail support groups on a number of topics for those who
are diagnosed as HIV+ or with AIDS.

We also offer a public discussion board, up-to-the minute news from
worldwide news sources, basic HIV+/AIDS information (with additional
links), online chat rooms and more. We will continue to expand the
site and look forward to serving you and your participation.

As a not-for-profit organization (non-governmental organization), the
web site is an additional service of our AIDS service organisation in
St.Louis, Missouri (USA). If requested, and someone is interested in
moderating, we would certainly love to include African-oriented sup-
port e-mail groups and content.

Yours truly,

Rev. Robert A. Weite
