Online resources on 'Brain drain' in Africa
-------------------------------------------

A discussion on the recruitment of Nurses from Africa for work in the
United States on another listserv prompted this (work-in-progress)
bibliographic listing of online resources on 'Brain drain' in Africa.

Hope it is of interest to some on this list. Those with a larger da-
tabase of similar resources should please share.
