Information sought on the REDUCE Model

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for information regarding 'A Policy Development and Ad-
vocacy Model for the Reduction of Maternal Mortality, Morbidity and 
Disability'. The model is called REDUCE and is a data based computer 
model that is used to generate data that is graphically presented to 
convince policy makers that investing in the reduction of maternal 
mortality and morbidity leads to savings and increased productivity. 

The model is apparently already in use in some African countries 
which include Uganda, Mozambique, Mauritania and Nigeria. I would 
like to get more information from anyone who is familiar with the 
model. How it works, what works best and in particular how it is or 
can be best monitored?
