You may contact Prof. Florence Mirembe, Chair of the Department of 
OB-GYN at Makerere University, Kampala Uganda for more information. 
REDUCE was developed in collaboration with MEASURE Evaluation and the 
Regional Centre for Quality of Health Care in Makerere University. 
Dr. Florence Ebanyat, RH Director in the Uganda Ministry of Health 
can also give you information about REDUCE. You can get e-mail ad-
dresses for these persons from Dr. Joel Okullo, Director of the RCQHC 
at <jokullo@rcqhc.org>

As for the Nigeria REDUCE, your contact will be Dr. Mojisola Odeku of
