Eyecare Information Survey
--------------------------
Dear group members,
In understanding the importance of reliable information, for the im-
plementation, running and expansion of eye care services, I am cur-
rently preparing a proposal for a database of eye care in Africa (the
EyeSearch project). This project is the result of long standing dis-
cussions and cooperation between OptoNews Africa Network Inc., the
World Council of Optometry, African Council of Optometry, Interna-
tional Centre for Eyecare Education, and Low Cost Eyeglasses Inc.
Project information can be accessed at:
http://www.ona.kabissa.org
I am currently trying to assess informational needs of organisations
and companies involved in eyecare. I have attached a questionnaire to
this effect, and would be grateful if you could complete it and re-
turn it to me.
You can easily respond to this by pressing the 'reply' button and
replacing the <owner-afro-nets@usa.healthnet.org> address with
<optonews_africa@hotmail.com>
Should you require any further information on the project, or have
any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Frank Magupa
Project Manager - EyeSearch and Executive Director of ONA Network
Inc.
