In a few days, the 32-member Executive Board of the World Health Or-
ganisation (WHO) will select a candidate for next Director General 
(DG). 

But the people to be served by the DG - though excluded from having a 
say in the formal process - can also select 'their DG' from contend-
ing candidates. Where? On the Internet! 

You are invited to cast your vote now for the next 2003 WHO DG of
