Hallo,

without commenting on the approach of the UK government, I would like 
to say I find the stand taken by Ibrahim unfortunate. First before 
talking about the 'Innocent saints in Africa', I think we have to 
look at the rate of adolescence pregnancy and AIDS in our continent. 
I am not recommending oral sex for the youth, but this sort of think-
ing is what is giving us so much problems with AIDS. The other point 
is labelling oral sex as a sexual perversion and as a psychiatric 
disorder. What diagnostic criteria are we using here?
