Thanks a great deal for your great thoughts on health care financing and
equity. I believe you are close to the heart of God. Somebody has got 
to speak up for the Poor, and you are doing it. I would appreciate it 
if you have publications/documents related to the same issue to share 
with me. I am a Family Physician and national President of the Chris-
tian Medical and Dental Association of Nigeria.

One of my burdens has been how to make health care available and afford-
able to the Poor. I was excited to read your article.
