Could I also add that the self-appointed "new moderator" has been 
borrowing addresses from other groups to add them to his own Kenya 
AIDS forum. At one point, I unsubscribed because I felt it was an un-
solicited way of getting AIDS researchers onto a mailing list 
(though, like the Nigeria AIDS Forum moderator, I agree that all dis-
cussions around in AIDS in Africa are important). I then found myself 
re-subscribed (again unbidden!!). I reported this to YAHOO who were 
less than useful in their response. Mr Chifu needs to learn that 
automatically subscribing busy researchers and clinicians to his 
mailing lists will not win him any points with anyone.
