World's first-ever anti-smoking treaty (3)

OOhh wonderful idea,

but some times it is amazing, why in our place, I mean Tanzania, peo-
ple just smoke ,smoke and smoke especially in public places - how far 
are they from these facts that smoking kills? I even wonder when I 
see any advert of Cigarettes normally the emphasis is on smoking but 
when it comes to health problems they tune to low volume or small 
printing for that matter. I think it is high time that the emphasis 
carry the same weight. I can see many government's interest is only 
tax from tobacco and its sorts of products, is this really FAIR????
