Internet Liaison for Culture Project

Dear Colleagues,

We are willing to share with you information on our international 
project Internet Liaison for Culture. Through this program we offer 
people worldwide to have friends in any country. Participation is 
free and we encourage schools to organize on­line exchange classes. 

This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to know more about a spe-
cific culture anywhere. It also helps for people wanting to volunteer 
or to find a job in the countries they will choose. Many people 
around the world have always be connected through this free cultural 
program. 

Goals:
1. To allow people worldwide of any age and country share their cul-
   ture.
2. To find friends and exchange ideas. 
3. To encourage young and adults to use Internet. 
4. To connect schools for on line exchange classes worldwide 

Resources:
AZUR Développement works with partners worldwide. We are still look-
ing for partners in some countries. Anyone interested could contact

Requirements:
1. Be motivated to have friends in a chosen part of the world. 
2. Fill the correspondence request form. 
3. AZUR Développement will provide interested people with emails and
   profile of selected friends. And make the first contact between
   them. 
4. Accept to participate in surveys of AZUR Développement, this is
   for project evaluation purpose. 
5. For schools, accept to send a report on on­line exchange classes
   held.

Important Note: 
Internet Liaison for culture is a cultural project to encourage 
friendship and use of ICTs worldwide.

We are requesting you to kindly spread this information among your 
members if you find it useful for them. 

Please don?t hesitate to contact me for additional information you 
may need. Should you need also more information on our non profit or-
ganization, we will send it to you.
