Anti-condom Campaign Threatens Public Health (2)
------------------------------------------------
My worry is the degree of understanding on how to use the condoms to
the people in rural areas. Again experience has shown that condoms
are used only in the first encounter. After that it is being not
used. Sometimes the condom can burst during the sexual act or slip
off - hence chance of transmission increases. Evidence show condoms
are no a 100% protection against HIV/AIDS. Always there are chances
of failure. Why should we campaign for it? Abstain remains to be the
only preventive measure. If you don't abstain you suffer the conse-
quences.
