Dear Dr Mwangi,
 
I am shocked to see a Kenyan physician using such terms as HIV/AIDS 
sufferers and victims. These are people with an infectious disease. 
In an attempt to get rid of stigma and discrimination the preferred 
term is People Living with HIV or AIDS.
