Galillee College, Israel will be holding an international program for 
health professionals, the Health Systems Management program, November 
20 - December 8, 2003. Citizens of Developing countries may qualify 
for tuition scholarships, value of ? 1875 each (Living expenses and 
airfare are not included.)
