To Dr Mwangi, my colleague.
 
Thank you for speaking on behalf of the innocent platformless victims 
of AIDS. The cumulative prevalence of Paediatric AIDS is more than 5% 
of AIDS in Tanzania, but little is seen towards HAART in paediatric 
patients.
 
It is high time we focus attention to these innocent bystanders in 
the HIV stray bullets. This is a challenge. Let all those who have 
the platform speak for them.
