Richard,

It was interesting to read your mail. This is the first successful
evaluation news on the use of ARV. A number of countries are using
ARVs on pilot basis or nationwide but have not documented their
achievements or failures. It is encouraging to realise that people
are willing to get tested as long as there is a good reason for doing
so and how this impacts on prevention as shown in Khayelitsha.

We need to hear results from other countries that are using ARVs.
