RFI: Social Work in Health Projects

Hi everyone,
 
Is there anyone who can connect me with an organization which is 
interested in my professional capacity as a social worker and -
pedagogue?
 
I can offer a lot of experience within my social welfare system 
in Europe in AIDS-projects, orphanages, governmental welfare ser-
vices, refugee-camps, immigrants, child- youth- and women-
counselling etc. I've gained also some experience in lecturing; I 
have additional skills as a family therapist.
 
I would like to work and live in Africa, have been volunteering 
in Ghana before for a year in Kumasi and Accra and have been to 
Zimbabwe on behalf of an NGO for a short time. Since then my 
heart and my spirit are on that continent.
 
Who can assist me with information so that I can finally get 
physically to the right place? A response will be so much appre-
ciated.
