RFI: Job Market in International Health

I have been working in developing countries in health for the 
past 20 years. I am now back in the UK for family reason and want 
to assess the job market in International Health. I am looking 
for any existing document or network related to this issue. If 
anyone has information on this issue, could he/she share it?
