HIV/AIDS as a biological weapon
-------------------------------

Dear Sisters and Brothers, Attorney Generals & Lawyers, Doctors
and Nurses, Politicians (MPs, Ministers) & Africans' Presidents,

I am sorry, I can't stand any further - we have to do something
now!!! Dears, are you really serious regarding prevention & con-
trol packages, which ever will be for the HIV transmissions?? Do
you really know how many brothers and sisters from the age of
null to adult age we have lost/given to HIV since the 80s? Dears,
are you sure, you have not yet lost one from AIDS, even from your
lovely neighbours?

I am sure you have. Then what? How do you feel about this? What
is your perception? What have you done to destroy this killing
weapons? Probably nothing!! I am sure you have met diagnosed one
or you probably know one suffering from AIDS (from your experi-
ence of presenting signs and symptoms) from your communities, of-
fices, and different institutions, and I am sure you have seen
them continue to practice their awkward and bad sexual behaviour
towards poor, clean, innocent subjects who are HIV negative.

My questions are: (1) What are you thinking about this group of
ill people who are transmitting HIV to our innocent citizen know-
ingly, should we just leave them? (2) What and how do you think
we can have a new policy or law or whichever we can call it to
control this group of people who are using this biological weapon
to kill others? Is this not a crime? If it is, where are our
rights and who is protecting us? (3) Don't you think is a high
and right time now(!!) for them to appear at the court??
