RFI: Paediatric ARV Treatment in Tanzania
-----------------------------------------

Dear all,

I am a Paediatrician in a resource poor environment with highest
prevalence of Paediatric AIDS in the country (Southern Tanzania).
I would like to treat my patients with ARV. We have a good labo-
ratory support run by partners. This facility is expensive and is
still run on research basis.

The problem we have is our patients cannot afford for a test
leave alone the life long commitment to ARV. I have very little
contact to have assistance to have these children treated.

Can I be advised on how to help them?

Thanks,

Dr Maduhu, I. Z. K.
