RFI: STI/HIV/AIDS and people with disabilities

Dear All,
 
I am becoming interested in this topic, especially in deaf people 
and do not find much. I wonder whether it is being done something 
on equity and people with disabilities in developing countries. 
Also whether STI/HIV/AIDS programs/projects are targeting deaf 
people in developing countries.
