This is very possible and range from a low cost rural radiology 
support programme to a very comprehensive and high tech system. I 
could help but need to know at least the following:
 
a. What radiology equipments do you have in these rural sites?
b. Intended teleradiology support is for what area in the field
   of radiology: e.g., plain x-rays for routine examinations?
c. Are there internet facilities in these rural centers? How fast
   are the connections?
d. Do you have a site in mind where your images will be inter-
   preted?
e. Budget availability?
f. How many centers do you intend to link up?
