An Annual Program Statement to provide support to Orphans and 
Vulnerable Children has been posted on the USAID FedGrants web 
site (Fund number: APS-M-OP-04-189):

The purpose of the Annual Program Statement (APS) is to dissemi-
nate information about the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS 
Relief (PEPFAR) and to solicit applications for funding from 
prospective partners that support the PEPFAR initiative. 
 
Applications may be submitted at any time up to December 31, 
2004. They will be reviewed quarterly. Concept papers for the 
first review should be submitted by December 8, 2003, 10:00 am
