WHO backs use of 3-drug AIDS pill (2)

I have to ask this, what happens to all the children living with 
HIV/AIDS including the 2.7 million in sub-Saharan Africa and the 
700,000 newly infected ones in 2003 alone?
 
Will the 3 in 1 pill be suitable for all? Are we going to wait 
until the adult access programme takes off successfully (I hope) 
and the children start to die because their caregivers cannot 
afford non-discounted ARVs?
 
I think all PLWAs - adult or children - should be considered ab 
initio.
