It is really alarming for such a big number of such valuable pro-
fessionals to leave the country to search green pastures. I am a 
Tanzanian, a pharmaceutical technician, working with Tanzania 
Food and Drugs authority, as food and drugs analyst, a stake-
holder in Quality Assurance Programme. A woman with four chil-
dren. I am ready to come and work in Ghana. I seriously want to 
come and work in Ghana. Do you accept me?
