Dear friends,

These losses are really the cost of our under-development. Here
in Cameroon things are not better. I believe the route cause of
this is the poor management of our nature resources, poor pay,
and bad governance. We should try to look for ways to safe Af-
rica from this brain drain. I would like to have your contribu-
tion on this point.
