RFI: Masters in Health Care Management

Hallo,
 
I am a Tanzanian young man aged 31 years old and I am interested 
to get more training in the Health Sector - currently I have an 
Advanced Diploma in Health Administration and I am working as a 
Health Administrator or Coordinator. It is so disappointing that 
I am staying in a very remote area where we have no access to 
Internet Services.
 
For this reason, I ask for your help. Do you know any University 
which offers a Masters in Health Care Management or Masters in 
Health Economics or related course to health but not purely 
based on clinical works? Can you give me a rough picture of the 
cost for this course? If you know a certain University in Africa 
it will be of much help to me. Sorry for disturbing you, remem-
