RFI: HIV community mobilization

I am interested in community response to HIV prevention in Tan-
zania. I am in the process of designing module/guideline for
getting the community involved in every stage of prevention. I
am looking who have experience or where this may have been done
and bared fruits for learning purpose. If you have any idea
