I will be glad to take up the challenge. Expect a questionnaire
before the end of March. I will first give it a shot and ask for
comments and changes from a group of Diaspora physicians, den-
tists, and nurse practitioners before sending you the final sur-
vey. We will identify the major opportunities and problems fac-
ing the health care sector and the probable solutions. You must
be sure it will include very few recommendations for huge in-
vestments. I love to keep things quite simple (my Univ. of
Ibadan training emphasized simple and clear solutions to compli-
cated problems). This is classic health economics topic and I am
sure some health economists will love to contribute.
