Thomas Adeoye Lambo, former WHO DDG and psychiatrist is dead (8)

The ongoing discussion about the circumstances of Prof. T.A.
Lambo's death brings to my mind a completely untouched issue;
End of Life Care and Advance Directive for End of Life Care.
Notwithstanding the state of health in Nigeria today or when-
ever, would I want to be transported from Nigeria in an air am-
bulance on a 6 hour or more journey at age 81 to receive criti-
cal end of life care in Timbuktu? My clear answer is NO!
