Finally I see the light. The discussion around the death of the
renowned physician had carried on and on... on the abysmal state
of health care in Nigeria, while certain issues were left un-
touched. The issue of flying in an advanced critical state of
health and at certain age with its attended risk should be ad-
dressed. The question I will like to add to the ongoing discus-
sion is "what role do we play as physicians when we counsel our
patients or advice our audience on 'living will' as it concerns
their health care?"
