The contributions of the likes of the two "J's", Aruna J Hewapa-
thirane and J Mark Adams on the above subject matter, are good
examples of non-effective policy communication. It is mind-
boggling to read about advocacy and justification for allocation
of scarce health resources based on the volume and viciousness
of abuses rained on decision-makers rather than on the strength
of well-marshalled evidence that clearly demonstrate the great-
est good to the greatness number of people.
