RFI: Joint Statement on FDC Meeting in Botswana

What happened to the FDC meeting on HIV in Botswana late March
2004? I was looking for the final document at the globalhealth
web site (http://www.globalhealth.gov/fdc.shtml). It was prom-
ised for mid April. Has anybody seen the final technical docu-
ment?
