My Dear Adams,

The issue of transparency is a personal relative view and it is
a pity that it could cover the essence of the whole story.

Suffice to say that my reasons are not far fetched, that case
would have been covered up by the leaders of so many other coun-
tries for the selfish personal gains accruable to them. Do not
ask me of examples, because, the cases of ill gotten monies be-
longing African leaders are more from the places other places
than Libya.

I have never travelled to that country before, but if referrals
of Diplomats and people who travelled there is good enough. Af-
rica, would have been better off have leaders thinking of their
citizens and nation before all else, like Ghaddafi.

I am not in any way in support of any of the wrong doings of his
government or his previous support of terrorism, but I see he
now is fast becoming, a reformed person. How I wish others will
follow his example.

My Dear Adams. I am not a judge, but I believe to the Merciful,
God will be merciful. And for 'MERCY WE ALL PRAY'.
