New Campaign in Nigeria Based on Abstinence Attitudes
-----------------------------------------------------

PSI research, which reveals the complex views of Nigerian youth
toward abstinence and sexuality, is the basis of an upcoming ab-
stinence campaign which PSI will implement with the help of
faith-based organizations (FBOs). PSI's Nigerian affiliate, So-
ciety for Family Health, is using FBO insights and statistical
information from previous studies to develop a major multimedia
campaign on delayed sexual debut amongst teenagers which will be
launched in July 2004.
