Janet,

Family Health International (FHI) and the Policy Project will
publish and make available at Bangkok (and beyond) a guidebook I
wrote on addressing HIV/AIDS in the public sector. It has as up-
to-date info as I was able to find on impacts, responses and
managing the multiple dimensions of the epidemic by public sec-
tor managers.
