AFRICAN MICROBICIDES ADVOCACY GROUP (AMAG)

Update & Planning Meeting

The African Microbicides Advocacy Group (AMAG) invites you to a
meeting at the upcoming International AIDS Conference in Bang-
kok. We will update you on the progress of the network and con-
sult with you on the most important priorities for our region
and work in microbicides research and advocacy.

We are a small but growing group of committed advocates from a
wide range of backgrounds including activists, researchers, sci-
entists, policy makers, service providers and programme mangers.
We are gearing up for concerted and collective advocacy action
to push the Microbicides agenda in a way that recognises our
context and perspectives as advocates in Africa.

WHEN: Wednesday 14th July 2004, 12.15 - 13.30

WHERE: IAC 2004 Conference, Bangkok - IMPACT Exhibition and Con-
vention Centre - Room EC 5
