ever, can anyone advise? Also, for future reference, I would be
grateful for any information on emergency tele-consultation ser-
vices that might be able to help advise on acute clinical prob-

Greetings from Sengerema-Tanzania.

Do we have doctors who can assist?? Download the photos in at-
tachment [see note below] and see if your area of specialization
matches with the scenario carried by the photos.

In Tanzania, Sengerema District, we have a new baby born with
its entire heart and intestines outside. The baby was born yes-
terday 27 July 2004.

The New baby needs specialists in that particular field to in-
tervene. Its current situation is normal expect that those or-
gans are left outside.
