Seeking post as surgeon in Tanzania

I just completed residency in General Surgery in the USA and I
will go to England for 12 months of further training in Thoracic
surgery starting next month. Following that, I would like to go
to Tanzania and work as a surgeon for several years.

I am not sure how to find a hospital or surgeons working in Tan-
zania who may assist organizing the logistics so that I can go
there. I have tried to contact the Ministry of Health in Tanza-
nia but I get no reply (perhaps I have the wrong email address).
If I am to live there for an extended time, I would need some
kind of payment for housing, food, etc.

Can anybody give me information about how to organize all this?
I have about 13 months to figure it out.
