Web site on Laboratory Safety, Skills and Equipment
---------------------------------------------------

An interesting web site to aid in microbiology lab instruction
has been realized by Alice Wright (awright@csufresno.edu) and
Lynda Harding, College of Science and Mathematics Department of
Biology, Fresno, CA. There are incorporated text, video, and in-
teractive features to present some basic techniques, safety
rules, and an introduction to basic equipment. This web site is
not a virtual lab, but is designed to help students learn tech-
niques faster and to move on to more interesting projects in the
lab. It is available free to anyone who might find it useful.
Site address: http://www.microeguide.com

I want also remind you that our open learning web site on en-
teric pathogens http://www.aclisassari.com/acli-openlearning has
more than 20 lectures. Have a look and register.
