Short-term Experts sought: Management Information Systems and 
Financial Management

We are urgently looking for Short-term experts (STEs) in the 
area of Management Information Systems and Financial Management 
in the Health Sector for a project in Namibia which focuses on 
capacity development in the Ministry of Health to deal with the 
HIV/AIDS problem.
 
The project will be running for three years and during this 
time, we will need short-term consultants in the above mentioned 
areas as well as communication and co-ordination in the health 
sector (within government structures and to the outside for be-
havioural change).
 
The STEs will have to sign a declaration of availability of us, 
stating that they will be available to give the appropriate ser-
vices within the three years time. Each assignment will be be-
tween half a month and 2.5 months, possibly in various phases.
